Prepare for the next swim galas on the Western Cape calendar — the CTA Qualifying Meet 3, exclusively for Level 2 and above swimmers. This is your opportunity to chase qualifying times, test your racing strategy, and shine against some of the top talent in the region.

Whether you’re targeting provincials, nationals, or a personal best, this two-day gala features a full range of events  for both 13 & Under and 14 & Over age groups.

Hosted by Cape Town Aquatics (CTA), the event offers a professional and performance-driven meet environment.

• Event: CTA Qualifying Meet 3
• Date: Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 October 2025
• Venue: 🏊 UWC Swimming Pool, Robert Sobukwe Road, Bellville, Cape Town
• Eligibility: Swimmers aged 10+ with valid Level 2 or higher qualification
• Format: Mixed-gender heats, timed finals
• Hosted By: Cape Town Metro Aquatics (CTA)

• Session 1 (14 & Over) – Start: 08:00
Events: 800m Free, 100 Back, 200 Fly, 50 Breast, 200 Free, 100 Breast, 400 IM, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 400 Free
• Session 2 (13 & Under) – Start: 11:00
Events: 100 Back, 200 Fly, 50 Breast, 200 Free, 100 Breast, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 400 Free
+ Selected L2 Events for 10 & Over: 200 IM, 100 Free, 100 Back, 200 Free, 100 Breast, 200 Back, 100 Fly, 200 Breast

Day 2: Sunday, 26 October
• Session 3 (14 & Over) – Start: 08:00
Events: 1500m Free, 50 Free, 200 IM, 50 Back, 200 Breast, 100 Fly, 200 Back
• Session 4 (13 & Under) – Start: 10:30
Events: 50 Free, 200 IM, 50 Back, 200 Breast, 100 Fly, 200 Back
